Find the measures of the angles of the isosceles triangle if: a) the sum of the measures of two angles is 60°; b) the measure of one exterior angle is 115°. 

Дано: ∆АВС – рівнобедрений; Знайти кути, якщо:
а) ∠А + ∠С = 60°.
Розв’язання За властивістю рівнобедреного трикутника: ∠А = ∠С = 1/2 • (∠А + ∠С) = 1/2 • 60° = 30°.
∠В = 180° – (∠А + ∠С) = 180° – (30° + 30°) = 120°.
Відповідь: 30°, 120° 30°.
б) ∠ВСК = 115°.
Розв’язання ∠С і ∠ВСК – суміжні.
∠С + ∠ВСК = 180°. ∠С = 180° – ∠ВСК = 180° – 115° = 65°.
За властивістю рівнобедреного трикутника: ∠А = ∠С = 65°.
∠В = 180° – (∠А + ∠С) = 180° – (65° + 65°) = 50°.
Відповідь: 65°; 50°; 65°.
