JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR TEENAGERS
There are many job opportunities for teenagers that can help them earn money and gain experience. If you (1–b) had a weekend job at a cafe, you (2–c) would learn how to serve customers and make coffee. Working at a shop (3–c) would teach you how to handle money and talk to people.
If you (4–b) worked as a babysitter, you (5–a) would be in charge of taking care of children, and you (6–d) would learn how to be responsible. If you (7–d) did a paper round, you (8–c) would get up early and earn money by delivering newspapers.
Some teenagers help out at their family businesses. If you (9–a) helped at your parents’ store, you would (10–b) experienced a wide range of jobs, like stacking shelves and talking to customers.
These jobs are great because they help you learn new skills. Teenagers have many chances to try different work, so if you want to start working, there are many options to explore!
