The Carpathian Mountains are located in the western part of Ukraine, stretching across several regions. The highest peak is Hoverla, which rises 2,061 meters above sea level. People go to the Carpathians to enjoy the beautiful views, go hiking, climbing, skiing, or camping, and to pick mushrooms and berries in the forests. Many visitors also come to have treatment and drink mineral water from the region’s famous resorts. The Carpathians are a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.
