Mr Day: OK. Is there anything else?
Oliver: Yes, I need to change next Friday’s meeting. (3) a. I made a mistake. I’m not available at midday. Is Monday at ten o’clock OK?
Mr Day: That’s fine.
Oliver: The topic of the meeting has also changed after some feedback from customers about the games consoles. (4) d. They can’t set them up at home. We’re going to discuss how to improve our instructions.
