1. Have you or anyone you know been burgled? What happened?

I personally haven’t been burgled, but I know someone who has. Their house was broken into while they were out for the evening. When they came back, they saw that a window had been forced open and some small things, like a laptop and money, were missing. They called the police, and after that they installed better locks and an alarm. It was upsetting, but no one was hurt, which was the most important thing.
