Thanks for your letter! I’m happy to tell you more about the newspapers and magazines that are popular here in Ukraine. Ukraine has a long history of printed media. One of the first newspapers was Lviv Courier, which began in 1749. Another early one was Kharkiv Weekly from 1812.
Today, there are over 500 newspapers and more than 800 magazines published in Ukraine. Some of the main national newspapers include Holos Ukrainy, Silski Visti, Ukraina Moloda, and Zhyttia. These papers cover everything from politics and economy to culture and social issues. As for digital media, Ukrainska Pravda, Suspilne, Dzerkalo Tyzhnia, and Radio Svoboda are some of the most visited online news platforms. They are trusted sources of national and international news.
Popular magazines include Forbes Ukraine, Lokalna Istoriia, and Kraina. There are also many local editions and professional periodicals for different interests and careers.
