Last week I had a high temperature, so I stayed at home. I realized that it was because I spent much time on the sun. I felt awful and my parents called an ambulance. They examined me and tried to cool down the temperature with the help of cooling water. It took some time for me to feel a little bit better. I really was disappointed with my feeling, but now it is ok.
