Paula told that she would put the salad in the middle of the table and offered to serve Donna. Donna refused. She told that they could help themselves. She offered to sit down and relax. Paula asked Peter to pour some juice and invited Ken to help himself to vegetables.

B: The waiter invited people to the restaurant and asked what they would like to order. Harry asked him for recommendations. The waiter advised him to order the crab salad that was a big hit. Harry asked his friends if they would like the crab salad. They agreed. After that Harry repeated the dishes again and ordered a bottle of lemonade. The waiter advised Harry to help himself to vegetables.
