C. Use the phrases in the box to complete the email. There are two extra phrases which you do not need to use.

Dear Daisy,
Thanks for your email. (1) I’ve been meaning to get back to you. I’ve been so busy with exams at school. I think it’s great that you’re growing your own vegetables. It’s such a fun hobby. I think you probably gave your tomatoes too much water, not too little. Still, we all make mistakes!
(2) I’d be glad to give you some of my pepper seeds. I certainly won’t need them all. (3) You’re more than welcome to come round any time this weekend. I’ve got ten strawberry plants I can give you if you’ve got a sunny corner to plant them in.
(4) I’m afraid I can’t lend you the gardening books you mentioned. I lent them to Rosemary two weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for her to return them. She’s just started getting into gardening as well.
(5) Give my regards to your hard-working sister. Tell her to drop me a line when she’s not too busy.
