Write a story for a school magazine about something that happened during a school trip or a day out. It could be funny, embarrassing, scary, etc.
Last month we went on a school trip to the local science museum. I was with my classmates and our teacher, Mr Brown. Everything was fine until we entered the space exhibition. I wanted to take a selfie with a big astronaut model, but I accidentally pressed the wrong button on the control panel next to it. Suddenly, all the lights started flashing and a loud alarm went off! Everyone looked at me, and I felt really embarrassed. The guard came quickly, but he started laughing when he saw what happened. Luckily, nothing was broken — I just turned on the demo mode of the exhibition. After that, my friends couldn’t stop laughing, and they kept calling me “Astronaut Taras”. In the end, we still had a great time and learned a lot about space. It was definitely a school trip I’ll never forget!
