I will tell about Independence Day. Independence Day in Ukraine is celebrated on August 24. This day is important because Ukraine became an independent country in 1991. People celebrate it all over the country. There are parades, concerts and festivals in cities and towns. People wear national clothes and carry Ukrainian flags. Independence Day shows freedom, history and unity of the Ukrainian people.
