Complete the text with the Past Simple of the verbs in brackets. Yesterday, my day (1) started very nicely, but it (2) did not end well at all! School (3) was closed and I really (4) wanted to do something fun. I (5) didn’t want to watch any TV programmes, so I decided to play my favourite computer game. I found some of my classmates online too. We (8) had a fantastic time. After an hour, my computer (9) stopped working. When my father (10) returned from work, he tried to fix it, but he (12) couldn’t. He (13) called his friend, who is a technician, and he said he needs two to three days to fix it. So now I haven't got a computer!
