– Have they already made decisions? – Yes, they have. Almost all of them decided what they want to be.
– Do they realise what they particularly enjoy about their jobs? – Some of them, and the other part doesn’t understand what they will need to do in their job.
– Do they know what they should learn and be good at in order to be successful in their jobs? – Yes, of course. They are all responsible and know what to do.
